Calendars of i-ching.
|
-
The shown calendars are hypothetical, namely are prospective calendar schemes
according to which hexagrams i-ching could correspond with chronology of time
and could be applied as mantic systems in antiquity.
Feature of offered calendars is that calendar dates and periods of time are
connected not only with hexagrams of the Book of Changes i-ching, but also are
connected with physiognomic symbols which correspond with hexagrams that allows
to identify periods of time with emotional images.
Calendars determine different periods of time and consequently allow to
interpret different levels of life and different phenomena of a human life.
The detailed information on calendars can be learned in
concepts (blue button above).
Cycle of the sun.
This calendar represents the annual circle of the sun movement which consists
of 365 days and makes four seasons.
To each season there correspond 16 hexagrams i-ching, namely one hexagram
corresponds to day of solstice or equinox which determines the beginning of a
season, and 15 hexagrams are connected to the
six-day periods during a season.
This calendar can be used for supervision and predictions of natural processes
which are in dependence from movement of the sun, and in particular for weather
forecasting.
It is necessary to consider that this calendar is hypothetical and
consequently it is necessary to coordinate hexagrams with real natural processes
for realization of predictions.
Animal cycle.
This calendar represents "animal cycle" of the Chinese astrology.
The animal cycle is a system of signs which
periodically repeat and form a calendar which has duration of 60 years.
Cyclic signs of the Chinese astrology or the Chinese calendar are designated by
names of 12 animals which specify prominent features of each year.
Years in the offered calendar are compared not only to names of animals, but
also compared with hexagrams of the Book of Changes i-ching and physiognomic
symbols that allows to speak about characteristics of people not only according
to characteristics of 12 animals, but also according to psychological values of
hexagrams and physiognomic symbols according to a birth year of this or that
person.
Cycle of the moon.
This calendar represents movement of the moon during one month.
Namely 28 days of lunar month are connected to hexagrams of the Book of Changes
i-ching and physiognomic symbols that allows to consider emotional and physiological processes which
depend on lunar movement.
Cycle of a life.
This calendar represents calculations which allow to compare periods of a human
life with hexagrams i-ching and planets in horoscopes of people within
astrological circle.
Also this calendar allows to identify emotional characteristics of people
according to parities of hexagrams i-ching with astrological planets in
horoscopes of births.
Bible cycle.
This cycle consists of two calendars which allow to calculate days or years.
Namely calendars show cycles having durations of 70 years and 70 days which are
compared with hexagrams of the Book of Changes i-ching and physiognomic
symbols, and also are compared to names of 12 apostles and esoteric categories
of Gnostic Christianity.
Feature of these calendars is interrelation with historical dates and chronology
from the birth of the Christ, and also interrelation with a liturgical Christian
calendar.
